how can I do a NAND unlock after doing the unrevoked? I still cant delete the factory apps. any help would be appreciated.

The new Unrevoked 3.21 does unlock NAND. But you have to follow certain steps to uninstall certain apps. Titanium Backup allows you to uninstall apps, but I'd suggest reading this thread: http://forum.androidcentral.com/htc-evo-4g-roms-hacks/15702-how-removing-sprint-bloatware-root.html
