unroot checklist - need to return fascinate to VZW

I unrooted my fascinate because VZW is sending me a new one because of some modem issues with mine. So i am sending my old one back. What do i need to check to make sure that everything is back to normal so that they don't find anything. Thanks!

Flash the stock system and kernel files from this post on XDA via Odin. If you're sending your SD card with the phone (which shouldn't be necessary, just swap with the new one) remove any folders related to root apps like clockwork, titanium backup, and update.zip from it.
