unroot dinc on mac

ive moved on to another phone and am selling this one. im asking how do i unroot this phone on a mac? it doesnt matter if the phone gets wiped out (in fact that would help a great deal). any help?

Be sure to check the MD5 of the PB31IMG.zip file. It dies contain a Radio and a bad radio flash can brick the phone.

There is no issue flashing the Stock Froyo PB31IMG over the stock radio. I've done it several times myself and many others have done it as well.
