unroot error

Hy...m using lg g3 D856 dual. My device was rooted with kingroot.But i unrooted my device using kingroot and checked with root checker.it shows device is not rooted.problem is when i tried to update my phone its download the update but cant install.its shows error.its shows mobile seems to be rooted.my android is 5.0.1. Plz help

Sounds to me like you're still rooted. If you want to take the stock update, you're going to have to go back to stock. Check the L3 forum on XDA to find the steps you need to take. I have the D851 model so there might be a different procedure for your model. Good luck.

Xda suggest me flash with KDZ file.
How can ensure that m doing it with exact KDZ? Or wht will happen if i flash with wrong kdz file? Any way to come back?
