Hello all,

I made a big mistake and I attempted root my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with SafeStrap and Jelly Beans rom. It ended up not working and I would like to unroot it back to factory. My phone is under AT&T (N900A) and I can not seem to find any videos or tutorials on how to unroot it back to factory settings.

Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

I have tried this tutorial but it seems to not work..

What problems are you having with following that tutorial? Any errors being given?

No errors or fails were given. After I booted my phone up and the SafeStrap screen popped up. I clicked continued and the screen blacked out and the blue light at the top of the phone stayed on.

At this point I've already deleted SafeStrap off of my phone but if I restart my phone the SafeStrap screen still boots up when the phone turns on. If that issue is fixable, I will just reboot my phone back to factory and restart everything all over again.

Also. I do work at Best Buy and we have a Samsung phone center. I wonder if Samsung at Best Buy can just directly connect my phone and restore the firmware. Or do you think it would be a much more complicated process for them since it's rooted? I don't think the dude at Samsung would mind helping me out

I ended up taking my phone to Best Buy for them to reinstall the Android operating system.

Galaxynote3root does have the tutorial to guide you through unrooting your device but I just could not find the AT&T (900A) firmware.
