Unroot

I am trying to unroot my Sprint LG Flex. From Super SU I chose the full unroot option which does unroot the phone, however when I go into settings and try a factory restore I get the message "Unfortunately Settings has stopped working." I have installed the root again to see if I could factory reset but get the same message. Please help I need to unroot this ASAP as I need to exchange the phone.

Please can anyone help me? I need to give the phone back tomorrow and need to wipe data clean.
