Unrooting and returning to stock device

Okay, So I rooted my device a LONG time ago, and now wish to revert it back to the stock OS for this device.
The reason being, I purchased a new Tab S2 and will be selling this one.

Can someone explain how this is done, and the origional ROM to revert to?
Its the WiFi version.

Im assuming that you would put back the original rom the same way you put the rooted one...through recovery
