Suddenly, I'm getting notifications to inform of sales on websites that I'm not interested in. There is no UNSUBSCRIBE to stop the emails. How do I block them?

Depends on the type of account you're using and how they handle spam. In GMail, for instance, you can mark an address or message as spam from the menu button in each message. For Exchange accounts, however, you might have to do that from the desktop client or the Outlook-specific mobile app (not 100% certain as I don't use that app at all).
