Unwanted Screen zoom on Note 8

[Android Central Question]

I use a proprietary app for work and all the screens are normal size except for one. I've checked all the accessability settings (i.e. magnifiers) and nothing is set wrong. I've tried and not tried the full screen, changing the resolution. I feel like I've checked everything that could make this happen. Any insight???
