Update 4.4.2 for UK 3 network S4?

Hi, I have a S4 supplied by the 3 network in the UK that is still on Android 4.4.2

I understand that there have been 4.4.4 updates in US, Australia & Germany but UK 3 haven't updated yet.

Is 4.4.4 available as a download & can I use a non UK based carrier's version?

I too have the same model & I'm hoping 3 users receive Lollypop but reading that there's been updates to 4.4.2 which we haven't received makes me doubt we'll get any.
