[Update 11.0] Attached is a working version of Adobe Flash Player 11.0.1.152 compatible with ARMv6 processors. Big thanks to Jameslepable for the initial find.

[10.3] Here's a working version of Flash 10.3 for you Optimus S users. Custom ROMs only. For a list of changes in 10.3 and info on how to get it working on stock ROMs, check the links in my OV Thread. Credit for this build goes to Maipad and by.adrian.

Yes, this is a modded version of Adobe Flash. If you are afraid to break the rules, don't download it. Should you be afraid? Probably not.

Enjoy :)

Anxious to try 10.3, but for some reason the file won't completely download. It stalls after reaching 32.8kb transferred.

Re: Adobe Flash 10.3 (Tested & Working)

I downloaded the .apk from my phone, rebooted, and it magically worked using the Dolphin mini browser. I'm running Reborn ROM. The video wasn't perfect but the audio was. Thanks a lot!

At least for embedded youtube videos, if you bump the resolution down to 240p, the video will play smoothly as well :)

@DoesItMatter... Thanks for the heads up about the new flash i have been using the old one that has been floating around for bit

Re: Adobe Flash 10.3 (Tested & Working)

Any better or worse then the 10.2 version flash?

Re: Adobe Flash 10.3 (Tested & Working)

I personally think 10.2 works better on my phone than 10.3 but as we all know everyones phone always has different results look at the gb update.I can even watch nfl games with 10.2

Re: Adobe Flash 10.3 (Tested & Working)

I am unrooted and running stock rom. When I first loaded 10.2, it worked intil I rebooted the phone. Now both 10.2 and 10.3 don't work at all.

Without going through the hassles of rooting (which I know I should but don't want to take the time to learn), do you have any ideas of how to get it to work?

Re: Adobe Flash 10.3 (Tested & Working)

I don't know if it is related, but I had a number of issues trying to use this.

Running Reborn ROM, with data2ext installed. Really no issues until I installed Flash 10.3 downloaded here.

It first wouldn't install for me. I would get an error that there wasn't enough memory (with data2ext, I have over 700MB available space). After rebooting the phone, it allowed me to install without error.

Throughout the next day, had a number of FC, widgets not responding correctly, and simple web pages (UPS tracking, for one. Don't know if it had Flash content) also FC on me. The phone locked on me several times, even this morning as I was ready to uninstall Flash. Had to pull the battery each time.

I don't know for sure if it is Flash that is causing all my headaches. It is off my phone now, and I'll update this thread if my problems persist now that it is gone from my phone.

Update: The install problem was most likely a cache issue, as I just saw it again while installing a different app.

This sounds like your cpu is crashing. Are you overclocked? If so, try turning your max frequency down a little and trying it again.

Re: Adobe Flash 10.3 (Tested & Working)

Just the speed that Reborn loads -- don't believe there's an overclock there.

Re: Adobe Flash 10.3 (Tested & Working)

I'm new to rooting. I just rooted and I'm on the stock rom. I downloaded version 11.0 of the adobe flash from the xda site, but I don't know how to copy the files to the /data/data directory. Then i have to change permissions.

If someone can walk me through which programs i need to do it and how copy the files it would be much appreciated.

As far as I know, there isn't a version of Flash 11.0 that has been modified to work on our ARMv6 processors. Flash 10.3 from my original post should be the latest working version.

If you have found a version of Flash 11.0 that specifically states it works on ARMv6 processors, please post a link and I will figure out how to install it.
