Update CWM on RAM Manager.

I would like to update CWM. Rome manager confirm a CWM update is available. If I "Download rom" it look like I can download this update in Rom manager and install it like any custom rom.
Can anybody confirm this?

I never flashed ROMs through ROM Manager. I updated the recovery, but never flashed a ROM. Heard too many horror stories of bad or wrong flashes.

Thanks. To avoid missunderstanding, did you download and flash the CWM Re covers with Rom manager?

No. I always downloaded from a website like XDA, copied to my phone, and flashed in recovery.
