Update error

I download the update and it starts to install and then this message pops up
Err:0x1111000
Then it reboots. I've tried shutting down several times and still get it. Any solutions?

Are you rooted? If not do a factory data reset and take the update, then do it again and set everything backup.

Not rooted. Will the data reset erase everything?
