Update failed

Just downloaded the update and hit install. Said Update Failed. Grrr. Anyone else get this?

I got the same thing. My tab is rooted. I was looking for a way to install it manually instead of OTA.

Does anyone know how?

I got this. I did it a second time but I switched to a plain wallpaper and plugged it in. I would disable anything you can and try again.
