I'd think you would. I just randomly picked up and unlocked my phone earlier and it had the update notification.

I didn't see the notification but i checked in the settings and sure enough it showed up in the updater

Ok, so it works but it only shows up to 5 icons then overflow icon. There's still a lot more space. Any way to put more?

Not seeing anything in settings. Still better than the numbers were, but still room for improvement. I do like the direction they're going though.

The notification icons was the first user experience thing I reported when I got the beta. I imagine I will get the update later being in the UK beta, but I also have it set for wifi only, so will check when I get home.

Thanks for the heads up. I downloaded the update. I'm not sure, but i think the notification banners are different as well, they are rounded off at the edges.

I'm told this fixes the battery drain. A guy on XDA form says he's getting 6 hours + screen on time!

I was getting 6hrs+ screen on time before the beta update, including video playback for at least half of that

Android OS battery usage includes GPS and WiFi usage. And mobile data usage according to this.

I still get that even after the update
