Update issue

After updating my note 20 5g on 1/9/2021 all of my incoming calls shows caller I'd as restricted or unavailable. It doesn't matter what number calls in it says restricted even if it a number in my contacts. I have tried calling from my wife's phone and kids phone which are on the same Verizon plan and the also come in as restricted. Frustrating

Hi there. Sorry about your issue. Have you checked all your settings in the phone app to see if they have been switched off? It may be worth turning caller ID off and on again to see if that resets it.

I have tried adjusting all the different settings and power cycling. Nothing, it started right after it updated, so I'm assuming a bug

Have you tried clearing Data and force stop the phone app ?

Try deleting your google account then sign back in , sometimes that can help

Maybe try calling your carrier ?
