Got my OTA update overnight.
Is there a way to get rid of or move that huge app tray icon now on the home screen?
It was much better when it was just in the upper right hand corner.
And these mini apps on the bottom. What's up with those?
And is there a button for a screen shot now?
Other than that I like it.. I guess.
Mine worked really perfect for me before the update.

I totally agree the App Tray icon is dumb. The mini-apps can overlay other apps so you can "multitask" according to the VZW explanation here: http://support.verizonwireless.com/pdf/system_update/galaxy-tab-2.pdf . So far I cannot find the missing screen capture button either, maybe someone knows where it is buried or how to bring it back. FWIW, the online manual via the Help app has been updated to reflect the JB changes. At least I have not found anything to be broken yet, and there does seem to be a faster, buttery effect in the JB.

Now if VZW would just update my Nexus to 4.2.2 I might actually be content for a bit. Or not. :D

I have the wifi version and when I got updated to 4.1.1 the screenshot disapearred. I used it alot till I had to put up with the power+vol. down button

The default way to capture screenshots is holding power + volume down. You could give that a try.

Thanks. I didn't take that many screen shots but when I needed to it was really nice to just hit that button.
There maybe an app for that!
