Update needed by Christmas

I really think they need to do a big update before Christmas. There are a number of little bugs and they will be hammered with complaints if they don't. I am happy overall but things do need addressed. One or two

Deep sleep. You can get it working off and on but even in it isn't registering properly.

Walking. Some have issues here. I don't knew if it's bit understanding the system or a bug. Mine works fine but some do not. Maybe they can lower the step count required to kick it in.

Heart rate. For the most part mine works fine again but I have had to do a few reboots for heart rate locking in a high or low range and being stuck there.

Fix the Galaxy App bug reporting (maybe it was last update). If you use Galaxy to report an issue it hangs up and never sends the log to help Samsung.

More fine tuning in Tizen to continue to improve battery life. Maybe adopt the Google and Apple method of shutting down unused resources after the watch is idle for some time.

Outside of Samsung I would like to see developers work on a few more apps like a Facebook lite. A full blown Facebook app woukd be a pain on the phone but I would like a little more than notifications to. Not really sure how or if it could be done. I am sure others have bugs they want fixed as well line heart rate during exercise improving.

For the deep sleep, are you setting your heart rate monitoring to "Always?" I saw a note in S Health that mentioned this needed to be set for deep sleep to be registered.

They also really need to fix S Voi--Bixby Lite. Seriously, there's really nothing different between the assistant on the older Galaxy S2/S3 and this.

Agreed. An update to fix these things would be good before Christmas, when all the normal people (i.e. not us early adopters) will be purchasing the watch. After all, we all want the Galaxy Watch to succeed so that there can be a Galaxy Watch 2 next August!

Yes. Fully explored it and worked with Samsung. It is Not working properly. Deep sleep should be 20% of your sleep on average. It seldom reads above 9% if it works at all. I hit 12% one tine after full reset then back to 0% again.
