Update not available. HELP!

My phone hasn't checked for an update since 4/26/16! There is no "update now" button available. I can't even check for updates. Can anyone help me?

I have rebooted, updated prl, updated profile and called sprint support who said they can't help me. They are sending me a new phone, which is asinine that they say they can't help me. Ridiculous!

How about a cache clear in recovery? Aside from that, I'm not sure what to suggest aside from a reset.
