update problem and wireless teether problem

k so here is my problem, my phone got rooted with unrevoked and then the update came out and my stupid ass (im not scared to admit it) tried the update and then figured it didnt work because of that so before coming here and checking i deleted the wireless tetthher icon and now i got neither and cant get it back on my phone and still cant update cuz it got that superusers icon that cant be uninstalled HELP PLEASE >=D i want my teether back

us urr to date your phone back on the image. also back everything up. store image then root your phone. instaLL rom manager run 4.2.???? update in rom manager
