Can I somehow update to Android11 in Germany ????

If you are not sure what your CSC is, go to APKmirror and install
Phone INFO ★ SAM ★ apk that will tell you exactly under "Firmware Browser" which is your exact CSC...

If you are not sure how to flash then it is better to find out about it first... HERE ... or on other sites..there are a lot of them
For faster download of samsung firmware look HERE

Use latest Frija tool to download the firmware and extract with something like 7zip .
Since you have the US carrier version your csc/region code will be VZW or TMB in Frija.

If you go with unlocked version you'll need model number G973U1 with XAA in frija with latest Odin patch B(Prince Comsey)

The other country firmware you can't flash and Odin won't let you , these are all Samsung official firmwares .

Hi...there is some logic,but just checked Frija and he can easily download this firmware CSC (USA USC) .... and if you go under "Product Code USC" on Sammobile page, you will find the same firmware offered by OP in the first post..

Yes , that product code usual from US sub carrier like Comcast, Virgin mobile I believe, and some others , best to stick with carrier known out their but it doesn't matter much because they using it in another country , probably US unlocked firmware would be best for outside the US
