Update to 7.0 Deleted half my apps including all Google and now can't get any back

My LG phone just updated to 7.0 but it deleted half of my apps including Google services, play, music, etc. When I went to the play store through the internet it says they are already installed yet when I try to open anything i get "Drive won't run without Google Play services, which are not supported by your device." Yet I can't find Play Services anywhere on my phone since the update.

Backup all your data, go into recovery and delete the cache partition and factory reset your device. Sometimes after a major upgrade a factory reset is necessary. It may reset the OS and put everything Google related back on your phone. All user apps will need to be reinstalled unfortunately.
