Apparently, Lollipop has arrived for M7.

Found it. Memory optimization for first download.Then second download for Lolly that will be coming April 6.

I did the update, and it bricked my phone. I'm going to the AT&T device center to try to get the firmware flashed.

Set your date/time for a day forward and check for the update again... Then you'll get the lollipop update.
