Are you new to Android? You will be getting a security update each month for your OS. It is highly recommended that you install the updated to help keep your OS secure. Google it and see what you find.

It does not look like any update I have ever received from Samsung. Also, what would "Update 11" be? I do not think it is a legitimate update.

Well if you do not trust it, do not implement. It will bring you from version U2CSKP to version S2CSL1. Do a search on that latest version and you will see it is valid. Who knows why they named it 11.

Yes, I have Verizon and can confirm this. It's the January 2020 security update, so it is best to install it.

I am not on VZW. I guess that is why it looked odd to me.

I'm on Verizon and that's exactly what the updates look like. I did mine this past Friday.
