I updated this morning and checking the list of apps installed that need root to work still work or at least show up and load while others do not.

Apps that still work
1)Screenshot
2)Adfree
3)CPU Tuner

Apps still on phone but do not know if they actually work because I am not sure what to use them for at this point.
1)Rom Manager (loads but I haven't actually tested it)
2)Bootstrap (loads but I haven't actually tested it)
3)Superuser (loads but I haven't actually tested it)

App that doesn't work
1)Titanium Backup (when it loads it says could not acquire root)

for TiBu clear permissions in SU, reboot, then open TiBu, it should request SU permissions as usual and you can grant, I've had that small issue once or twice after a new ROM install.

Did that it didn't work. I just can't find where it says clear permissions in SU. When I open it up I get a list of apps I have
1)ADFREE
2)BIONIC BOOTSTRAP
3)CPU TUNER
4)TITANIUM BACKUP

Where do I go from there to clear permissions.

It says TiBu is allowed? Should just work then, especially after rebooting. Idk you can always play around with a few things... I'd probably try clearing Superuser's Cache and Data (From settings>applications>manage apps) Then rebooting again. Everything should need to ask for SU permissions over again, which isn't so annoying, and might fix the TiBu issue your having.
