Updated Nexus 7 2012 to Android 5.1.1 - UI and several apps malfunctioning,

User Interface (touch) does not work on most icons, apps including Aldiko malfunctioning, Waze starts itself repeatedly. Tablet unusable. Any suggestions?

Only the usual ones - first try clearing the cache partition (see instructions in one of the sticky threads above), and if that doesn't work try a factory reset.
