Updated OS, now 4G-->3g option seems to be gone?

With my new OS upgrade (4.0.4 i think) my option to change my network from 4G to 3G now seems to be gone?? That seemed to get me decent battery life. Is there someplace else I should look for that?

I live in a area that the phone switches between 3g and 4g. After ICS, battery lasted about 5 hours. Download LTE ONOFF from the App store. I just leave mine on 3G unless I need it.Battery last all day now.

If your battery doesn't last all day on 4g then you have a problem.
