Updated to version 4.3 and the strangest thing happened!

I have Samsung galaxy note 2, GT-N7105. My carrier is MTN Cyprus.

I got a message to update my android o's and I did.

Now I see applications from Vodafone - not my carrier! The apps don't work of course but I cannot remove them!

And when I check for new updates I see the attached pic...

I see dead people...
