Updated while rooted

My Nexus 5 has the stock rom, stock recovery, locked bootloader and is rooted. I used the towel root method to get root. When I get the OTA up day to Lollipop, will I run into problems installing it? I assume I will loose root, but I am ok with that.

I ended up side loading the OTA. I lost root, which was expected, but everything else is working fine.
