Has anyone received the latest security updates and patches? My Tab S6 is still on the September security update and my S10+ phone just received the Nov update. Are they already slow about support their new tablet?

Tablets never get security updates as quickly as the phones do. But Samsung has been quite good at keeping tablets updated (albeit not super regularly) as it's been doing so for over-2-year-old devices for the past 2 years. But yeah, don't expect monthly patches like you would on a flagship phone.

Mine is a Wifi version and is on the September patch.
