UPdating Help

hey guys, i tried updating to 2.2 froyo the one posted above but i always get the E: Connection failure or something it wont let me update, i heard if it doesnt work, redownload the file.. but still nothing :S any help?? Running a Telus Milestone 2.1-update1 stock, Rooted with Universal Androot any help appreciated : D
