Updating Kies - theme.dll issue

Trying to update Kies to the latest version... Uninstalled old version, rebooted laptop.. deleted all samsung folders...
I've manually downloaded it off the samsung site, but apparently this isnt the latest version... ??? ???
When I open Kies it says do you want to update.. I go yes... it starts to update, but gets to theme.dll and stops and I retry, but no go..
Anyone got a solution? I've tried on a few machines at work and home...
