Updating Manually

So I am tired of waiting and just want to flash the 4.0.4 update by myself, BUT I DO NOT WANT TO ROOT (yet). How would I go about doing this? I am pretty sure I am going to have to unlock my boot loader which is fine as I should have done that from the beginning. If this has been posted before I apologize as I could not find it. Any info would be super, such as a download link for the update or how to make it happen.
