You can do OTA, or if the download is available for your carrier you can use Samsung Kies app on your desktop Kies don't forget though you backup all of your data, photos, txt messages, etc. Then you should do a factory reset after you complete the upgrade before installing anything. This is the best way to insure your update is fully ready and any left over cruft is gone.
