Updating stock N1 apps? (Facebook, GV, etc)

Does anyone know how to update the stock apps for the N1 for other services as listed? They do not show up in the Downloads section of the Market and I have yet to figure out how to update them. This applies with the last GV update and the new FB update. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Google voice is in the market. You may have to download it if you're running the original version that came with your ROM. But voice is absolutely in the market, I just updated mine last week. Same with maps and the other apps.

I know they are in the market. I just don't know how to update these because they are already on the phone the market does not now that they were downloaded because they weren't. My phone doesn't read that I have them installed and that they need updating. Maybe I will just un-install them and download them from the market and see if that fixes my problem

You just click install from the market anyway. I literally just did it now. Amazon mp3 is on my phone but the market does not show it installed. I clicked install from the market anyway, the app installs overtop the old version, and now amazon is forever linked to The market and gets auto updates. I did the same with Google voice. Just click install and you good to go.

I hadn't tried that before but it did seem to work, although I don't want to update the Facebook app any more cuz of battery issues

Yeah I would just unlink the Facebook app for now till its working well.
