Updating to Superclean 3 Milestone 2 (EH03)

I'm considering updating my I500 from Superclean 2.6 to 3.0. Will this wipe my data? I just want to be prepared to reestablish my phone to how I like it...

For best results Odin EH03 stock then flash Superclean. Always better in my opinion to start from scratch. This will wipe all your data.

+1 to their method. If you don't want to lose app data you could use titanium backup to backup it's data.
