Upgrade 4.4 problems

Just upgraded the latest version for my N7 (wish I hadnt) it's now going incredibly slow doing anything. Any way I can revert back or sort it so it's back to its normal speedy self?

you may want to wipe your N7 and start clean...or at least, investigate what's wrong...since the update seems (mostly) fine for most of us...

I just updated my N7 (2013) from 4.3 to 4.4.2
everything seems snapier now

You probably have two updates awaiting you, 4.4 and 4.4.2. I suggest you get your system up to date and keep it updated. Some people report problems with every update, but I haven't experienced any. If you do have a problem, this forum will always be here with suggestions and fixes.
