Hi there,
Hubby has a dumb phone on our account that's been out of contract for prolly 18-24 months. Three devices display on this page. His dumb phone w/the upgrade transfer, my Note Edge (shows upgrade available but that would be early I'm sure) and my Gear S (upgrade at retail price).
This says to me I should be able to transfer the upgrade to my Gear S but their online chat says I can't. What's up with that?
