[Android Central Question]

I feel the real need to blast someone, but as much as I hate to admit it, I'm not sure who it should be directed at. Who puts out os updates??? This latest one is the WORST I have ever seen! When I use the google tool bar on my Note 9 home screen now, I am not able to drop an open web page into the multitasking window without it being replaced with a new search result. Why is that??? This is something I use and need frequently! Is there some way to change it to allow me to have multiple web pages open at the same time? I have other questions/issues because of the latest update, but will reserve them until my first question is answered. Thanks!

That depends on which web browser you're using. Both Firefox and Chrome have New Tab in the menu. (I can't run Samsung Internet because it force-closes in Q.)
