Just found out I will get 50 bucks off when I upgrade. Very nice.

Sometimes it isn't worth it to use ne2, I skipped it because I was able to get the Rezound for $ 50 on upgrade within 2 weeks of release, had i used ne2, i would have had to pay $250.

So many reviews of the Rezound are, I think, unfairly dismissive of this device. Many reviewers are tired of Sense and want a phone with ICS and/or the thickness of a Triscuit. But I like Sense, and I prefer a phone that feels comfortable in my hand. A phone where any OS bugs have been ironed out, so my apps work. To me, that's the Rezound. Factor in expandable memory, a terrific camera, Beat audio (Wow!), an unsurpassed display, very good call quality & speakerphone, and the option to swap out the battery, if necessary, and I am completely happy with this phone. A spare battery for the Rezound provides great peace of mind, although I have not needed it yet. The recent price drop doesn't hurt, either. Good luck with whatever you choose!

I'm struggling between the razor Max or nexus.
The Maxx has great battery life but only qHD screen. Another downside to the Maxx, which was a deal breaker for me, is its width. It is too wide to fit comfortably in my hand. If your hands are bigger that may not be a problem. Another downside to the Maxx is the battery isn't removable, but it is huge so that is a plus. Maxx has a removable SD card, GNex doesn't, though.

If you don't want to root/flash ROMs, I would go with the Maxx if you aren't bothered by the qHD screen, the width and the non-removable battery.

Wah-wah-wah-wah-What? When did Verizon start carrying decent cases?

I have this one for the GNex, it is my favorite case out of the 4 that I own because of the awesome kickstand, but it doesn't fit properly with the GNex extended battery (which should have been the standard battery, IMO). If only they had made it a carbon fiber embossed pattern, it would be perfect (at least for the standard battery).

I have that case for my Rezound and love it as well. Great case, but I would only recommend using it in vertical mode, in horizontal mode, after a while it may get lose and fall out. You should also use two hands when putting the phone back into the holster, to help avoid mishaps. Then again, I am kind of clumsy, so that may not be an issue for you.
