I actually considered the idea, then I saw the screen resolution on the Asus Chromebook Flip (the one I was considering) and decided to wait for the next-gen Pixel C to come out.
My 2014 edition is way beyond my need in power and versatility, why would I even consider a change... Only thing Play Store brings is many cell phone apps that don't run well on tablets because APK writes are blind to tablets as most cell phones app only run in portrait mode and I'm a landscape person... I only keep maybe 1 app in 8-10 I review as acceptable for my needs, problem is not the tablet, but app writers....
