upgrades and returns

I hear alot of people saying that they are going to try thr phone out for a month and return it for another if they do not like it. My question is, if you return the phone are you still eligble for the up grade price. Or are you paying full price on the second phone?

If you return the phone within the 30 days, you do get your upgrade pricing back as well. Now, if you have to send your phone back to Sprint via a return kit, you may not get your upgrade pricing back until that return has been fully processed. However, if you return it at a store, there's no reason that you shouldn't be able to get another phone right away at that same upgrade pricing.

If you return it to a sprint store, you owe nothing. If you exchange it for another phone, you'll owe a $35 restocking fee.
