Upgrading from Samsung Galaxy S3

Hi im wondering what are some of best Smartphones on the market right now? I was looking at nexus 6 but it seems to large and expensive.

Also i was looking at moto x but its only with rogers i dont like them.

Welcome to Android Central! There are so many good phones out right now, so it depends on what is regionally available to you, and what your criteria are. Excellent phones include the Moto X, HTC One M8, LG G3, Samsung Galaxy S5 and Note 4, and Sony Xperia Z3. I'm partial to the Nexus 5, since I own one, and it's still excellent even after being introduced last year. If you're looking for something a little less expensive, think about the Moto G.
