Upgrading phones- Samsung S9, Moto Z2 Force, or Z3?

I have had a Motorola Droid Turbo (original) for a few years and have been really happy with the performance overall, as well as the camera. I use my camera quite a bit and want a phone with good speed and quality pictures. Having grown used to the Motorola, I am leaning that way, but I also know the S9 is the flagship phone with the 845 processor and a good camera. The shatterproof screen on the Z2 is attractive, but I am not sold on the fingerprint sensor at the bottom of the phone. Thoughts?
