Uploaded some Video Samples in 4K

This is shot with a Z3 but since its the exact same camera I thought people finding this thread before a Z3C purchase might find it interesting.

IMO,
The problem is that there are no great camera in any smartphone. They are at best decent.
The first phone with a camera thats not just a gimic will probably be the CM1.

With that said the Z3 and Z3c are alraight. Just like a Gopro or other small sensored video cameras their 4k is just to get almost real Hd.
Only camera I have that shoots true Hd is my $3000 4k video camera.
A cheaper option that almost reaches Hd is the $1500 GH4.

Yes, I agree. I have a friend who is really fussy about phone cameras; regularly he laments that nothing comes up to the standard of his Nokia 808.

But for 90% of owners (including me) the Z3C will do just fine for casual photography.

Its more than fine for sure. Its suposed to cover you when the camera is at home or for Facebook, and that it does great.
