UPreferences is asking me to accept terms and conditions. And reading those it turns out to be spyware. Any info would be appreciated. Htc one m8

Delete it. As long as you didn't give the app any permissions or agree to anything you should be okay.

Nothing on that one comes to mind. Usually that stuff rides in with games or a number of "utility" apps.

Okay. I was only suspicious because in the agreement it identified itself as spyware.
