On Thursday I sent in my trade-in device. This morning, I checked the tracking on it only to find that the package was damaged/found empty at a UPS facility several towns away from where I shipped it out of. I called UPS, talked to a customer service rep, who couldn't tell me the exact damage, and she told me to contact Google. I gave Google a call to let them know the trade-in had been damaged and within 5 minutes they issued me a full refund for my trade-in device. Google was amazing at handling this. I've dealt with Samsung several times only to hang up frustrated. This is the reason I switched to Pixel phones. Today's fiasco is the reason I will stay with Google for good! A++ customer service. Thank you Google!
