Hello! I thought I'd publish my review of the UAG case.

I love this case! It's gorgeous, very protective and very well built.
I took some pictures. Take a look at these:

The feeling in hand is fantastic. Very firm, solid. It's obvious that it's well built.
It's not that difficult to put on, but boy, taking it off does make me feel like I'm going to break my phone. Sometimes I don't know where to push / pull. 99% of the time, I end up taking off part of the battery cover.

NFC works fine with the case on. I read in other forums and in this one that if you add a QI pad to the back, it also works fine. It fits very snugly, so I'm not so sure if it'll fit with the QI charging back (the entire replacement battery back), so I'd be wary of that.

As you can see from the images, it does add bulk, which is fine. I used it for over a week consecutively without taking it off (not even once) to get a feel for it, and it's great. I love the case. This case is going to be in my permanent collection :).

One nice touch is that UAG threw in a screen protector. Now, the screen protector is slightly smaller than the actual screen, so that means that you'll see borders around the screen. The quality of the screen though is fantastic, so no problems in that department :).

Overall, the case is awesome. It's kind of expensive, but I spent a lot of money on my phone just to let it fall once and ruin the experience. The case offers a lip on the front (and obviously the back) so when I want better volume from the device I put it face down. If you look at the speaker though, there is a hole for it that is surrounded by a ridge that allows the sound to not be muffled and it actually sounds almost as good facing down with the speaker up in the air!

So... Final thoughts:
Good buy :) I'd recommend it. Just beware: it does add bulk to your phone.

I have the maverick (the clear one) and I love it... solid case

I had a UAG on my note 2. Dropped the phone once and screen shattered. Got the Defender for my note 4. Sure it adds bulk but the protection it gives is well worth it.

I suppose you're right. If you don't mind me asking, how did you drop it? I mean, on what surface, at what height, and what did it land on (as in screen, edge, back)?

I really think that this case is more than enough for the majority of the people...

I'm supposing that if any cell phone were to be dropped on its face (screen) on hard uneven surface(s) the screen may more than likely crack and, in my opinion, not due to the case itself. Here's one drop test on a Samsung Galaxy S5 (not Samsung Galaxy Note 4):

I pulled it out of my pocket, so about waist high. it fell on concrete..

Thanks for the review.
I bought the clear ice case, based on a few reviews. It doesn't do the job for me, due to three factors.

1 - Couldn't get the case to align properly with the volume rocker.

2 - The thickness it adds on the sides is enormous. It wouldn't fit it my iOttie XL phone holder. Deal killer.

3 - The case, as mentioned, is extremely difficult to remove.

So if someone wants a permanent installation and has better luck with volume rocker fit, it's an ideal case.

Interesting. This is the first I'm reading about. Have you any pictures that you can provide of the entire case on your Note 4 to show this?

"Extremely difficult to remove"? That's rather subjective. ;)

No no. It's near impossible without having the feeling like you might break your device along the way xD. Maybe you can find a review that says otherwise like... "an easy case to remove" or "removed with ease" haha.

No pictures. I wouldn't try to mislead anyone, though. I've gained plenty of knowledge from people here, I'm just giving my impressions.

I went back to my thin $1 tpu cases from eBay to keep the slim profile, but may try the Cruizer BugDroid cares next. I'm happy that you and many others like this case. It's very high quality.

The trick with UAG cases on any phone (I've had them on three different iPhones, a S5, a Note 3 and now my Note 4 (man I should invest in stock), is to pull back and push on one corner, once the corner is relatively free slide your thumb down the side just under the lip from the corner you released and push gently from the back at the same time. Your phone can take it, I promise. I have as of yet to destroy a phone using a UAG.

Sincerely,
A UAG veteran

I absolutely love my UAG case for my note 4. It's taken some nasty drops without fail, and it looks really good too!

I just received my UAG case today for my Note 5 and it came with a tempered glass . I've been using this company for yrs and it has great grip , doesn't add that much bulk and is bullet proof if you drop your phone !
