urgent: data plan

the at&t representative is telling me I have to pay $40 for a data plan because the phone is 4g!! they are saying the 15 and 25 dollar plans aren't showing up as optionso n the system... please advise.

if you're getting the laptop dock then this is true...otherwise, they are full of it and need to call 611 or whatever magic number they have. the only think is in order to get the unlimited plan you would have had to have it before

+1 Call customer service then if that doesn't work ask to be transferred to the supervisor at customer service.

I'm sitting here now looking at my account online and I see

DataPro 2GB for HSPA+/4G Smartphones for $25
DataPlus 200MB for HSPA+/4G Smartphones for $15

sorry man...that's on mine too along with the $45 tether package and the enterprise tether package. I just didn't feel the need to post those up as OP was asking about the $15/$25 plans. You may breathe now
