Urgent help needed

Hi I'm in a massive problem at the moment. Well my nexus 7 is rooted and ive had a custom ROM installed for a month now and just yesterday I was in recovery mode and I tryed wiping the cache but it was late at night and I don't have a clue what I did. When I turn it on it gets stuck on the google logo screen so I pressed the power button and volume button together and I was able to go to recovery mode. But now when I go to recovery mode its says I have no os installed! How do I fix the problem? Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Follow the Factory restore guide at the top of the board. It saved me!

If you still have the ROM zip on the sdcard you could also just flash it again.

Thanks for the help but how am I suppose to install the rom again it's been deleated but I'm able to access recovery mode but my pc doesn't reconize my nexus 7 so how do I put the rom file again to my nexus 7? I have a USB OTG cable is it possible to put the file on a memory stick and from there install it? Thanks.

Have the proper device drivers installed?

You should be able to push files using adb to the device...then reboot into recovery and flash it again.or...just do a reset using the images if you are OK with losing data
